Cheryl has combined professional experience of more than 30 years in both the real estate sales and mortgage industries. As a dual licensed REALTOR® and Mortgage Loan Originator, NMLS #241431 & CO LMB #100025582 *, she is able to facilitate a smooth transaction in either capacity. Her passion and love of Colorado Springs is contagious!

Cheryl is also an instructor, teaching professional standards and mortgage principles, for students in the mortgage and real estate industries for the last decade. Previously she has been an instructor for Partners in Housing's First Time-Homebuyer classes. She is currently attending class at UCCS to earn her "Professional Advanced Certificate in Gerontology".

Cheryl is recognized as an industry leader and is the Immediate Past President of the Pikes Peak Chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors® (PPWCR). She is past president of the Colorado As& COsociation of Mortgage Brokers (CAMB) in 1998 and 2004. She was appointed last year by Past Governor Ritter and currently serves on the 5-member Board of Mortgage Loan Originators.

Active in her community, she serves on the Regional Advisory Council of the Area Agency on Aging, Pikes Peak Area Council of Governments. Previously she served on the Business Development Committee for the University of Colorado Springs CU Aging Center.

Cheryl and her husband, Eugene, along with their daughter Claire live in Mountain Shadows and enjoy fishing, hunting and hiking. They also have one son in the Air Force and another son in the Coast Guard. Cheryl especially enjoys doing genealogical research and scrapbooking in her spare time.
